No. Safi works from the files you already download from each channel. Direct integrations are on the roadmap for groups that want them.
Which channels does Safi read today?
Booking.com, Expedia, Agoda, Trip.com and Almosafer: their booking exports, invoices, statements and payout notices.
What happens to my guests' data?
Safi reads each file and keeps only what the numbers need: references, dates and amounts. Guest names are never stored.
Does Safi guess when a document is missing?
Never. A number Safi cannot measure is shown as unknown, with the reason and the file it is waiting for.
